When you reach out to us, we'll provide a free over-the-phone consultation to determine where your family's journey at LINKZ begins. Our office managers are trained in Orton-Gillingham and Executive Functioning coaching; from the ground up, we understand learning differences and the myriad impacts they have.

Diagnostics

Whether you're coming to us for reading or writing support, Executive Functioning coaching, a college or career consult, our Test Prep Package, or just to keep your child ahead in their calculus class, we'll connect you with one of our Educational Diagnosticians for a full consultation. You'll receive a plethora of information and a comprehensive plan that gets you or your child from A to Z.

Working with a team

When you work with LINKZ, you work with over 40 dedicated educators, counsellors, case managers, and support staff. The team assigned to you stays in constant collaboration to ensure that you or your child is receiving the highest quality academic support possible.

Remediation, enrichment, and everything in between

There is no shortage of subject and content areas that we address. We work with students and families across the globe, from five-years-old to ninety-five-years-old. We teach people how to read, help students walk across the stage at graduation, find the right career for you, and help bring stability and a sense of ease at the dinner table. We come from a wide variety of backgrounds, disciplines, and careers, and have worked with over 1,500 families since 2019. Here are some questions you might have before starting with us:

Does LINKZ work with all students, or just those struggling with learning differences?

While LINKZ was originally founded with the specific goal of helping students with learning differences (special focus on the three Ds: dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia), over time we have expanded our focus to working with all types of students and families, encompassing a wide variety of learning styles and interests. We believe that every student can benefit from personalized, one-on-one instruction, and we strive to provide the support and resources necessary for students to reach their full potential. Our team of experienced educators and specialists are well-equipped to teach subjects ranging from math and science to art and music, and we are committed to fostering a love of learning in all of our students.

Is LINKZ a "tutoring center"?

LINKZ is more than a "tutoring center" because we specialize in providing a range of services aimed at enhancing the overall academic and personal growth of students. As a full-service educational agency:

• We provide consultations, whereby we work collaboratively with both students and their parents to identify areas where they need academic support and guidance.

• We offer observations where we observe students in their learning environments to identify the best strategies for supporting their academic progress.

• We provide guidance and counseling services where we work with students - and their families - to help them overcome various academic, personal, and social issues that may affect their lives.

• We provide strengths-based, de-pathologizing support, advice, and strategies to help students navigate their lives as students and as family members.

• We provide support and guidance that empowers students to become self-directed learners and achieve their academic goals.
