Summer Remediation & Enrichment
The summer isn't just a break from school - it’s an opportunity for growth, discovery, and empowerment! Whether it’s strengthening foundational skills, addressing learning gaps, or diving into exciting new topics, our educators are here to provide tailored support that builds confidence and fosters curiosity. Come set the stage for a successful school year ahead!
Under normal conditions, studies have demonstrated that students who do not engage academically over the summer can lose nearly half the knowledge they gain over the course of a school year. This phenomenon is known as “summer slide.” Students are still struggling from the lasting impacts of COVID-19, and we expect that it will take years for students to catch up on benchmarks and grade-appropriate progress. We’re here to help combat academic backslides by providing our tailor-made educational services year-round. In addition to summer remediation, we also provide summer enrichment by helping students plan and prepare for next year’s curriculum. The summer is also a great time for re-evaluations; if you're looking for more concrete data on past performance, we can help!
