I hope everyone had a wonderful Spring Break! As we enter the final stretch of the school year, it's crucial to start preparing for the summer. Now is the time to consider any adjustments you might need to make, including:

• Drafting any necessary letters.
• Reviewing and possibly updating your rates.
• Establishing a system for scheduling appointments, perhaps using tools like Doodle (remember, we aim to work between 15-25 hours with each student over the course of the entire summer).
• Reaching out to clients you plan to resume sessions with over the summer.

Should you need assistance with any of these steps, please do not hesitate to reach out. Additionally, we are seeking tutors interested in leading summer camps or other types of summer programming. If you're interested, please get in touch.

- We're still investigating the discrepancies in payment orders as shown in TutorCruncher, but please know that I manually track everyone's hours to ensure that everyone is paid correctly, regardless of what TutorCruncher shows. If you need any receipts or documentation that demonstrates you've been paid correctly, please let me know.

‍- Important: I'll be reaching out to all staff and tutors to connect and check-in over the next few months. I'll email everyone individually to schedule; if you have any specific things you'd like to discuss, please let me know when we coordinate for scheduling.

- The portal now features the LINKZ Staff Wiki! I will continue to add to it / build it out, but please let me know if there's anything specific you'd like added.

- I'll also be adding a registration process directly to our future Learning @ LINKZ workshops; that should launch in the next few weeks.

- I'm also exploring having an embedded version of TutorCruncher here (so that everything is in one place). I'm not sure if / how it will work, but I'll keep everyone posted on that as well.

‍- Beyond our next Learning @ LINKZ, we'll be having an end-of-the-school-year Potluck Dinner on Wednesday, May 22nd @ 6 PM - hope to see many of you there!
