Happy (official) spring! Really looking forward to seeing many of you tonight at our Learning @ LINKZ, held at the LINKZ Columbia office - we will be holding some virtual workshops soon for our out-of-town folks, so stay tuned! Please start to think about your summer schedule / hours, as the end of the school year is just around the corner. A reminder that a template for the summer letter is housed on our Tutor Portal, so please be sure to use it - and the other resources there - to help ensure a smooth transition. Have a great April, and happy (early) holidays to all!

- Important: Unfortunately, there were a few TutorCruncher-related issues with payroll this past month. A reminder that there are many ways / views to see your sessions in TutorCruncher; if you need a refresher, tutorial, or guidance, please reach out to me or Michelle.

- I'll be taking images and videos off of our LINKZ Tutors Facebook page to put on the TV - if there are any you'd like to see featured, please upload those soon!

- I'll be leaving a permanent link to the LINKZ Handbook in this section, in case you need any reminders on policies, rules, regulations, etc. If you need a reminder of your login information, please email Michelle. Here's the link!

- I'll also be leaving some permanent reminders here, as they're always important:

- Don’t start with a client until you have signed contract!

- Put any in-office hours into TutorCruncher at least a week in advance!

- Our offices are open 24/7/365!

- If you’re making any semi-permanent or permanent changes with a client (changing times, subjects, etc.) you must let your case manager know first!

- If you have questions about something, check the manual and/or email me, Michelle, Elisa, Jenn, or Carolyn!

- Another reminder that our next OG Refresher Course will be on Saturday, June 7th @ 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, and will be at our LINKZ Columbia office (coffee and light breakfast will be served). This information will also be up on the LINKZ Staff Portal for future reference.
