Happy (almost) spring! I hope everyone has had a great start to the back-half of the school year. As always, please let me know if there's anything I, or the rest of the leadership team, can do to help you in your work. Both our Columbia and Midwest offices are getting busier, so if you're looking for more hours, please reach out!

- Important: I've created a new video for how to find, manage, and upload the PMT for OG cases. If you have an OG case, watch this video. Here is the link and the password is: PMTVideo

- A request: we'd love to feature more of your work on our LINKZ Columbia TV (and possibly on our website)! If you'd like to be included, please email a picture of your tutoring session - it can just be the activity of the student’s hands/body with no face or the back of the student, or we can send a consent form to the family if they'd like to have their child's face seen. I am happy to edit / crop photos, so just take any picture you'd like!

- I'll be leaving a permanent link to the LINKZ Handbook in this section, in case you need any reminders on policies, rules, regulations, etc. If you need a reminder of your login information, please email Michelle. Here's the link!

- I'll also be leaving some permanent reminders here, as they're always important:

- Don’t start with a client until you have signed contract!

- Put any in-office hours into TutorCruncher at least a week in advance!

- Our offices are open 24/7/365!

- If you’re making any semi-permanent or permanent changes with a client (changing times, subjects, etc.) you must let your case manager know first!

- If you have questions about something, check the manual and/or email me, Michelle, Elisa, Jenn, or Carolyn!

- Our next Learning @ LINKZ will be an Ideas Sharing session - date and time will be announced on Friday.

- After the rave reviews from last week, we will be holding our OG Refresher Course quarterly! The next one will be on Saturday, June 7th @ 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, and will be at our LINKZ Columbia office (coffee and light breakfast will be served). This information will also be up on the LINKZ Staff Portal for future reference.
