Apologies for the late edition this month! As the new school year is fully underway, please note that our Columbia office is getting very busy - so to reiterate the message sent a few days ago, please make sure you are putting your hours into TutorCruncher at least one week in advance of your in-office sessions. This way, there is ample time for us to determine if additional space is needed (and I will look into expansion options if/when this becomes necessary). Forecasting ahead, I expect that hours will increase over the coming months, so if you're looking for more clients, please let us know. I (and our clients) appreciate you for the hard work, dedication, and commitment you bring each and every day!

- Payroll went smoothly this past month - thank you for inputting your hours on time!

- If you don't have a profile picture up on TutorCruncher, please upload one - only administrators can see them (not other tutors or clients), and it helps us put a face to a name. Thank you!

- Important: Another reminder that if you are discontinuing with a client for any reason (or if you stop tutoring for any extended duration), please let your case manager(s) and office manager know. We don't want to be caught off-guard by a client, and we need to know if/when you have new availability for cases!

- The Wiki can now be accessed when using the Columbia office WiFi! If you need help accessing it, please let me or Michelle know.

- A few folks had asked about Jamboard alternatives: a good one is Figma, and it's free for educators! Click here for more information.

- The updated Learning @ LINKZ calendar has been posted on the Wiki, so please check that for our upcoming workshops (the next one is on Thursday, October 24th @ 6:30 PM at our Columbia office, entitled Basic Counseling Skills). Our next four will be in October, December, January, and March (skipping November and February).

- If anyone is interested in attending my workshop for The Ferentz Institute (Understanding the Developmental and Relational Impact of ADHD) on Tuesday, November 12th @ 8:45 AM in Owings Mills, MD, let me know.
