Hi all! By request, The LINKZ-Letter will now be both emailed and posted on the Tutor Portal!

A new school year is upon us, which means things are getting busy at both offices. Please be sure to check in with your case manager(s), office manager, and other admin as your pre-summer, ongoing, and new cases start. Also, a special thanks to those who filled out the feedback form (here, in case you'd like to also) - I will try to address all of those issues, concerns, and notes. If anyone needs anything, please don't hesitate to reach out... and have a happy new school year!

- With the new school year, expect a big jump in the number of folks using our offices... so please put your hours in TutorCruncher as early as you can (or better yet, schedule recurring / repeating sessions!)

- There are instructions on the Wiki in the Tutor Portal on how to properly use the PMT that Jenn created - please follow those instructions so that we can stay in the loop.

- Unfortunately, some tutors are still struggling to submit their hours fully, correctly, and on-time. If you need any guidance or assistance to help you succeed (and to avoid the financial penalty!), please let me and/or Michelle know. It was brought to my attention that the TutorCruncher numbers on your dashboard are sometimes out of alignment with the numbers you're expecting to see - while that problem should be resolved now, please let me and/or Michelle know if you are seeing errors with those numbers as payroll approaches. My job is to help you succeed, so if you're struggling, please tell me how I can help.

- Important: If you are discontinuing with a client for any reason, please let your case manager(s) and office manager know. We don't want to be caught off-guard by a client, and we need to know if/when you have new availability for cases!

- Important: Client Contracts have been going out, and most have been signed! If, however, your client hasn't signed (or if you haven't signed), we will need to discontinue services STARTING ON SEPTEMBER 25th, 2024. Michelle is handling all reminders to clients, so if you haven't received your copy to sign, know that we are continuing to work on it. If you have any issues, concerns, or need any support with getting signatures, please let Michelle know ASAP.

- I'll be giving a workshop (Executive Functioning: A Quick Primer) for Decoding Dyslexia virtually on Thursday, September 19th @ 7:00 PM ET. Link to follow!

- We'll be offering a workshop on the IEP process for our parents (and you) in the near future, with details to follow soon!
