These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LINKZ website (www.linkzedu.com), the LINKZ application (app.linkzedu.com), and any related services provided by LINKZ, LLC ("LINKZ," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the LINKZ Client Agreement signed by each client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your signed Client Agreement, the Client Agreement shall control. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Access to the LINKZ application (app.linkzedu.com) requires an authorized account. By creating or using an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify LINKZ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
LINKZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in an unauthorized manner.
LINKZ offers SMS/text message session reminders as a convenience to our clients and staff. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from LINKZ, you agree to the following terms:
By providing your phone number to LINKZ and agreeing to receive SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from LINKZ at the phone number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any services from LINKZ. To opt-in, please respond REMINDERS to our automated onboarding message sent when beginning services with us.
LINKZ sends the following types of SMS messages:
• Session reminders (e.g., upcoming tutoring appointment notifications)
• Scheduling confirmations and changes
• Operational notifications related to your services
LINKZ does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.
Message frequency varies depending on your session schedule. You may receive one or more messages per scheduled session. The exact timing and frequency of reminders is configured by LINKZ administrators and may include reminders sent hours or days before a scheduled session.
Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to or from your mobile device, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. LINKZ is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
• Replying STOP
• Calling LINKZ at 410-290-5955
• Notifying a LINKZ office staff member
• Contacting LINKZ by email at info@linkzedu.com
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS reminders. Opting out of SMS does not cancel or affect your scheduled sessions or any other LINKZ services.
Your phone number and SMS message records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:
• Your phone number is shared with our SMS provider, Twilio, solely for the purpose of delivering text messages
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not send sensitive personal information, student records, financial data, or protected health information via SMS
• SMS message logs are retained for operational and record-keeping purposes

SMS messages are supported on most major U.S. mobile carriers. LINKZ is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or device incompatibilities.
While we make every effort to send accurate and timely reminders, LINKZ is not liable for missed, delayed, or inaccurate SMS messages. SMS reminders are provided as a convenience and do not replace your responsibility to manage your own scheduling. Always confirm session details through the LINKZ application or by contacting the LINKZ office directly.
Any and all information supplied by Client, Tutor, or LINKZ to Client, Tutor, or LINKZ is assumed confidential. Information may not be disclosed to other parties (i.e., teachers, professors, medical/mental health care professionals, administrators, etc.) without the disclosing party's written consent. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or that the recipient already properly knew, developed, or received independently. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the Client Agreement. Please note that emails sent and received by LINKZ are not HIPAA-compliant.
All content, materials, software, branding, and intellectual property associated with the LINKZ website, application, and services are owned by LINKZ, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any LINKZ content or materials without prior written consent
• Use the LINKZ name, logo, or branding for any unauthorized purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the LINKZ application
LINKZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our website and application with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Any changes to the Client Agreement itself will require a written update signed by Client, LINKZ, and Tutor agreeing to the changes.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the signed LINKZ Client Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and LINKZ regarding your use of our services, website, and application, superseding all previous negotiations or agreements on this matter. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Client Agreement, the Client Agreement shall control.
