Hi all! Apologies for the late edition this month; I hope everyone enjoyed the (brief) snow and (ongoing) cold! Not much in the way of announcements this month, but looking forward to seeing many of you (18, to be exact!) on Saturday morning!

- Important: If you are planning on taking leave for any amount of time, and/or changing hours with a client, you need to let both your case and office manager know as soon as possible (and before you let the client know)!

- I'll be leaving a permanent link to the LINKZ Handbook in this section, in case you need any reminders on policies, rules, regulations, etc. If you need a reminder of your login information, please email Michelle. Here's the link!

- Important: Another reminder that, unless explicitly stated, our offices are always open, 24/7/365. If you want to brave the elements to come in, you are always welcome!

- We’ve recently sent out an email reminding our clients to not come into the office if anyone in the household is under the weather. Two things: 1. If you are under the weather, I'm also inviting you to take some much-deserved R&R until you feel better! 2. If you want to work remotely with the client, make sure to let your client know that's an option (sometimes, they might not realize).

- We're looking for more in-person OG, EF, and Math tutors! Know someone who might be interested? Please let me know!

- We have some new tutors and coaches joining us over the past few months - to those who are new, welcome! Please feel free to reach out to your colleagues with introductions, questions, etc. - or come join us at our upcoming Learning @ LINKZ (see below for more information)!

- Our next Learning @ LINKZ, OG Refresher Course is on Saturday, February 22nd @ 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET, and will be at our LINKZ Columbia office. Please make sure you respond to Michelle's email if you'd like to be included in our complimentary lunch order!
